MyToolkitBox does not currently set or read any cookies — not for tracking, not for analytics, not for advertising, and not for preferences.

What the site uses instead

Like most modern websites, MyToolkitBox uses standard browser technologies that are stored by your browser on your device. These are not cookies:

Local storage. The site stores two small preferences in your browser's local storage: the IDs of up to eight recently used tools (key mtkb-recent-tools) and your light/dark theme choice (key theme). This information never leaves your device.

Cache storage (service worker). A service worker caches copies of the site's own files — pages and icons — so MyToolkitBox loads faster and works with a poor connection. It caches website resources only, not your tool content or files, and it is not a cloud-storage system.

Your control

Because this data is stored by your browser, you control it entirely. You can view or delete local storage and cached site data at any time through your browser's settings, usually under site data or privacy options.

If this changes

If MyToolkitBox ever introduces cookies — for example, alongside a future feature that genuinely needs them — this policy will be updated before that happens.
